Was recommended be an auto body shop to do the repairs after a small collision. I didn't even know they preformed this type of repair. They were InTouch with me the whole time and came in about 1/2 the price that the other place quoted me. very pleased with the work and service.

Might be a good place for tires. But… DO NOT HAVE OTHER WORK DONE HERE! They are happy to take your money and not fix the problem. Then they leave you hanging out to dry. It would be more fun to light your money on fire than give it to these guys. Check engine light came on and we needed new tires. We asked them to do a diagnostic on the van to make sure it didn’t need major repairs before getting new tires. They told us it was something minor so we got it fixed and new tires. Problem is it didn’t fix the problem. Check engine lights came back on once they reset. They told us it was another minor problem and so we repair that. Then we are out on the freeway and it completely dies on us. So here we spent $1500 on repairs at this place and we are not convinced they didn’t ruin our van. Please don’t trust the mechanics here and save yourself. 2 stars but really broken down 5 stars for tires 1 for repair services.

Showed up with a large leak in one of my tires. Took two hours just to get my car in the garage, and because it took so long the tire was completely 100% flat. Instead of putting some air in it and driving it in, they decided to run it in on just the rim basically, not delicately I might add. Scratched the edges of my rims pretty good. Lucky they didn’t break them running over all the metal in their garage. Probably did more damage than they did repair.

These guys are great! Taylor was helpful, honest, and very responsive. They repaired a tire for me at no charge when they could have tried to sell me a new tire(s) instead. I came here after being told by another repair shop that the tire couldn’t be repaired and I would have to buy a whole new set. I highly recommend Taylor and his team at Big O in Providence
